What is our Cancellation Policy?
Booking Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Cancel within 24 hours of making your booking to receive a 100% refund.
- After that, we offer a 50% credit for the amount paid to the date. Transferable amount will be held as credit on account.
- Credit can only be applied to full priced items only. Credit is not combinable with other offers or specials and cannot be used for deposits, but can be transferred to a friend or family member.
- We only offer credit if the payments are up to date.
Package/Activity Cancellation Policies
- Package Cancellations: Packages are discounted as a bundle, from 8-20% depending on the size of the package, accounting for the fact that you may not get around to every activity (i.e. occasionally Surf may conflict with Yoga). We do not offer refunds/credits for individual activities or services included in a Package, however you can decide to cancel a package altogether at any time, in exchange for another package or a la carte activities/services (with standard pricing) for the remainder of your stay.
- 3 Hour Surf Cancellation: If you'd like to cancel an a la carte lesson or a day of your Surf Program Add-on, you must notify Reception 3 business hours before lesson, or by 10pm the night before for classes scheduled before 9am. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the lesson cost, to cover instructor pay.
- If you have a Surf Package, you can swap a Surf Lesson for that same day’s Yoga or a 50/60-minute Massage as long as your Surf Lesson has been canceled at least 3 hours in advance.
